For leadership teams weighing a move of IT, shared services or engineering to India

Considering India?
Experience it for yourself first.

Make your next move with confidence.

We design and orchestrate a three- to four-day programme in Hyderabad for your leadership team, tailored to your business needs.

You meet the people who can help you understand your options in India: recruitment agencies, real estate consultants, consultants, outsourcing providers and company leaders. Then you choose the approach that suits your business: your own Global Capability Centre (GCC), outsourcing, a BOT or BOTT model, or an independent setup. You may also decide that a different direction is right for you.

From the first call to your next move

  1. PreparationAn introductory call, then we finalise the agenda with you: 6–10 meetings.
  2. Three to four days in HyderabadOur people guide you through the programme and take care of logistics.
  3. Your next moveNo obligation to proceed. You decide what's next.

A real feel for doing business in India and a clearer understanding of your options, so you can decide what's next with confidence.

Your hour-by-hour agenda

Prepared for: [your company]

Day 1

Your future team

Meet local and global recruitment agency representatives to explore the talent available for the roles you need. Discuss recruitment, attrition and retention, alongside salary expectations and employment costs, to understand whether the local talent market meets your business needs.

Day 2

Your future workplace

Visit offices and explore workspace options that match your needs. Meet real estate consultants to discuss pricing, lease terms and the support available to help you set up.

Day 3

Your setup options

Meet consultants and outsourcing providers to explore approaches suited to your business. Compare outsourcing, BOT, BOTT and assisted setup with establishing operations independently. Leave with a clearer understanding of each option and the support you may need.

Day 4

Insights from experienced leaders

If you'd like to explore further, meet local business leaders over coffee to hear about their experience of building and running operations in India. Exchange best practices, discuss challenges and ask the questions that matter to your business.

How it works

We start with an introductory call to understand your needs, then work with you to finalise the agenda. We select 6–10 meetings across HR, real estate, other companies and consultants.

In Hyderabad, our people guide you through the whole programme and take care of logistics.

  1. Week 1

    Get in touch

Share a brief overview of your business needs, your preferred visit dates and duration, and who will be joining.

  2. Week 2

    Introductory call

We discuss your priorities and expectations so we can tailor the programme to your team.

  3. Week 3

    Draft agenda and feedback

We share a draft agenda for your review. You provide feedback that week so we can refine the programme together.

  4. Week 5

    Final agenda

You receive the confirmed, hour-by-hour agenda with meeting locations, names and contact details.

  5. Week 6

    Your visit to Hyderabad

Experience the programme, meet your contacts and explore what India could offer your business.

We'll tailor the agenda together around your priorities. You decide what's next, with no obligation to proceed.

Our role

What we do, and what we don't

What we do

  • Connect you with our established network of contacts in India, based on your business needs.
  • Prepare a tailored, hour-by-hour agenda with meeting locations, names and contact details.
  • Recommend hotels for your stay. You choose and book your accommodation.
  • Arrange your airport-to-hotel transfer once you share your flight details, at your expense.
  • Arrange a full-day driver to take you between meetings and back to your hotel at the end of each day's programme, at your expense.
  • Give you an initial network you can contact now, later or whenever you're ready.

What we don't do

  • Act as a consulting company or make business decisions for you.
  • Act as a travel agency or book your flights and hotels.
  • Cover your travel, accommodation or local transport costs.
  • Have contracts with the partners you meet. They are independent companies.
  • Require you to work with any partner or continue the relationship after your visit.
  • Take part in or manage any subsequent work between you and the partners you meet.

Our engagement ends when the agreed programme concludes. You're free to stay longer in Hyderabad and make your own plans. Your next chapter begins with the confidence to decide what's right for your business.

Why us

Why we do this

Because we've been there. Literally.

When we first explored India for our own companies, organising the visit became a job in itself. Weeks of chasing contacts, emails disappearing into the unknown and the occasional "Will anyone actually turn up?"

Then came the practical questions. Where should we stay without spending half the day in a car? How do we get from one meeting to the next? Can we actually fit those meetings into one day, or have we accidentally scheduled lunch in traffic? Who should we meet? And once we meet them, what should we ask?

We've done the head-scratching so you can skip that part. Meet the right people, get a real feel for India and spend your time thinking about what's next for your business.
